1. Payment Options
- Pay on Delivery (POD): Cash, M-Pesa, or Card upon delivery of hardware or equipment.
- Advance Payment: Full online payment via M-Pesa, Card, or Bank Transfer before dispatch.
2. Payment Terms
- High-value equipment or bulk hardware orders require a 50% deposit in advance.
- Pay on Delivery orders must be paid upon delivery confirmation.
- Products will not be released without the required payment.
3. Product-Specific Payment Terms
- Custom-built machinery or industrial equipment requires full payment before production.
- Standard items can be paid on delivery or in advance.
- Orders with delivery at night (after 6:00 PM) must be paid in full before dispatch.
4. Payment Window & Delays
- Payment should be completed within 15 minutes of delivery arrival.
- If delayed, the delivery team will return the items and the order may be canceled.
- Re-delivery requires an extra fee and full advance payment.
5. Fees
- Delivery Fee: Calculated based on distance and order size.
- Service Fee: Covers order processing, packaging, taxes, customer support, and platform maintenance.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
- Canceled orders may be refunded, minus delivery and service fees.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via M-Pesa or Bank Transfer.
- Perishable or customized items are non-refundable unless defective.
